Hello, let me introduce you to weekly-meal at our house. Easy, one-pot, yummy (hot AND cold), healthy.. what else do you need?
Recipe is from my mom, so I don’t have measurements.. just listen to your heart
- zucchini
- potatoes
- tomatoes
- sour cream
- garlic
- sweet potatoes
Cut vegetables and put them in a baking pan with minced garlic. Bake at 180 degrees until golden (about 1 hour). Enjoy hot OR cold! <3
