Officially my favourite pancakes! I swear, they are the best I have ever made… You will get addicted after the first bite, don’t say I didn’t warn you! This was definitely the best way to start a weekend. Hope you all had a good day and a beautiful weekend ahead.


  • 2 cups flour (gluten-free, all-purpose, white whole wheat…
  • 2 tbsp sugar (coconut, brown, regular..)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar (20 g) or 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp oil (coconut, avocado..
  • 1 flax egg (or use a regular one)
  • 112 apple, shredded lemon juice toppings


In a bowl mix DRY ingredients together then add WET ingredients and stir to combine.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into a non-stick pan on medium heat. When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden.

Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!<3
