TOFU BROWNIES

This is something I made specifically for our vegan fans, but to be honest it was so delicious, that even non-vegan would enjoy it. I must admit I was scared abou how it will turn out, but it was great! So lets see how you can make this delicacy at home by yourself.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 180 g tofu
  • 1 cup milk (plantbased)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Topping of your choice

DO FOLLOWING:

  • Throw everything into food processor and blend until smooth, pour into prepared baking pan and top with toppings ( I used walnuts, strawberries and chocolate). Bake at 350F/180C/gas 4 for 25 – 35 minutes (depends on your oven) and enjoy!
